Near the Switching Station, between the Main Gate and the Administration Building, a staircase leads up the slope to the fence around the actual power plant.

From the top of this staircase, one can get a good view of the Administration Building, and the Switching Station, which will soon serve the new power plant under construction at Port Westward.
