Oregon State Capitol Grounds Gazebo on September 4, 2006
This gazebo on the Oregon State Capitol grounds was designed by architect Blanchard-Lamen, AIA and constructed in 1982 by inmates and staff of the Oregon State Correctional Institution. It was presented to the citizens of the State of Oregon by the Willamette Christmas Association, which consists of the Begonia Society, the Capitol Arrangers Guild, the Fircrest Garden Club, the Grow and Show Garden Club, the Little Garden Club of Salem Heights, the Salem Men's Garden Club, the Rose Society and the Wilark Park Garden Club.
