Richard Lance III Memorial on June 10, 2009
This monument was dedicated to the City of Hood River by the Hood River Lions Club in memory of Richard Lance III in 1973. Unfortunately, the monument does not mention anything about who he was, but I believe he was the owner of the Paris Fair department store that was located in the Odd Fellows Hall building.
