Overlook Memorial Park was built in 2000. Next to the park is the Big Horse Brew Pub.

Overlook Memorial Park features a small waterfall with bronze salmon and a monument dedicated "to the men and women who served to keep America free" listing people from Hood River County who died in the armed forces, donated by the Rotary Club of Hood River.
