These two Victorian-style greenhouses are being restored to become the Pringle Creek Garden Center, part of the Pringle Creek Sustainable Living Center for the Pringle Creek Community.

The first 2,274-square-foot greenhouse was designed by Salem engineer Sam Emery for the Fairview Training Center and was completed in 1942.
