Heilbronner Block on June 10, 2009
This building was built in 1910 by Julian H. Heilbronner, who was involved real estate and insurance since 1906. The building featured 4 retail spaces on the 1st floor, 16 offices on the second floor and a community hall on the third floor with one of the largest dance floors in Oregon outside of Portland. It is also known as the Knights of Pythias Building. It was placed on the National Register of Historic Places on January 26, 2000.
