Otten Building on June 10, 2009
This concrete building was completed in September 1910 by John Otten for use as a dry goods store, millinery and clothing store.

In 1924, part of the building was remodeled for Pacific Power & Light, who had their offices here until 1994. It is now occupied by Melika Waterwear & Activewear and Enchanted Alpaca.
