Here is the some of the equipment displayed by the Oregon Fire Service Museum at Antique Powerland during the Great Oregon Steam-Up on August 1, 2009.
Portland Fire Department 1916 American LaFrance Type 31 Tractor with 1902 American Metropolitan Steam Fire Engine
The City of Portland bought this 1902 American Metropolitan steam fire engine new; it was originally pulled by a team of three horses. It is classified as an "Extra First Size," rated to pump 1,100 gallons per minute at 100 psi boiler pressure. In 1916 it was modernized with this 1916 American LaFrance Type 31 gasoline tractor built to pull it. The tractor has a 75-horsepower 4-cylinder engine and has a top speed of 25 miles per hour. This equipment is on permanent loan to the Oregon Fire Service Museum from Gary Foglio of Florence, Oregon.

This 1928 GMC/PirschFire Engine with a Hale pump was purchased by the Silverton Fire Department from Wentworth & Irwin in Portland, Oregon. Its cost when new was approximately $3,500.
Corvallis Fire Department 1936 American LaFrance Ladder Truck
This 1936 American LaFrance City Service Ladder Truck was originally purchased by the Corvallis Fire Department and remained in service until 1979. It was then maintained by the department for several years for use in parades and community events.

Gaston Fire District 1938 Ford/Neep Fire Engine
This truck was built by Ford in 1938 and was used as a wood delivery truck around Gaston, Oregon. It was purchased by the Gaston Fire Department in 1940 and was converted to a fire engine by the Neep Equipment Company. This was the second apparatus Neep made. The Neep Equipment Company became Western States Fire Apparatus, which built fire trucks until 2003.

Tangent Volunteer 1941 American LaFrance Foamite Fire Engine
This 1941 American LaFrance Foamite Fire Engine was delivered to the Corvallis Fire Department in December 1940. It was acquired by the Tangent Volunteer Rural Fire Department in the 1970s. It is powered by a 12-cylinder engine and is one of only three of this model built; one was destroyed at Pearl Harbor on December 7, 1941, and the other is owned by Jay Leno.

1944 Seagrave 85-Foot Aerial Ladder Truck
This 1944 Seagrave 85-Foot Aerial Ladder Truck was purchased new by the Centralia Fire Department in Washington. It was later acquired by the Clatskanie Fire Department in Oregon. After its retirement it was purchased by Jeff Dahl, and after his death his family donated it to the Oregon Fire Service Museum. It was restored in 2005.

This 1950 Kenworth/Howard Cooper pumper was originally owned by the Oregon City Fire Department. After it retirement it was used as fire protection by an Oregon City paper mill on the Willamette River.

1960 Freightliner Fireliner Aerial Ladder Truck
This 1960 Freightliner Fireliner Aerial Ladder Truck with Trump Snorkel is powered by a Hall Scott Model 177 engine. It was built for Renton, Washington and was last used by the Depot Bay, Oregon Fire Department. It is owned by the Freightliner Corporation and in 2007 was displayed inside the Pacific Northwest Truck Museum.

Warrenton Fire Dept. #2724, a 1965 Ford 800 fire truck, built by Western States Fire Apparatus Inc. of Cornelius, Oregon, August 19, 1965 as serial number 323.
Eugene Fire Department 1970 Mack CF685F Pumper
This 1970 Mack CF685F Pumper was purchased by the Eugene Fire Department in November, 1970. It is one of four originally purchased in 1968 and 1970. It represents the Eugene Fire Department's first diesel powered fire trucks and the then-new generation of fire truck cab that allowed firefighters to ride in jump seats instead of standing on the rear tailboard.

Since this truck was new, safety requirements have required firefighters to ride in fully enclosed cabs, horsepower requirements have doubled over this truck's 235-horsepower 672-cubic-inch in-line 6-cylinder diesel engine to 450-500 horsepower in Eugene's current fleet, and Mack has stopped producing custom fire apparatus. This truck was retired in June, 1994, and for the first time in its over-100 year history, the Eugene Department of Public Safety decided to preserve an intact fire truck for its historic value and to be used for community-related events. It has since undergone a 2-year restoration.
