Adjacent to the new pavilion for the Portland Saturday Market is the Bill Naito Legacy Fountain, which was dedicated on August 20, 2009.

This Infiltration Basin is part of the drainage system for the Saturday Market pavilion. It is located between the Burnside Bridge and the Japanese-American Historical Plaza and is shown here under construction in September 2008 and completed and landscaped in February 2010.
