103 C Street West
Odd Fellows Hall on September 5, 2005.
This building was built in 1920 by the Rainier lodge of the International Order of Odd Fellows. The Odd Fellows lodge had previously been located on the second floor of the Dietz Building. Construction began on April 19 and the building was dedicated on June 10. The second floor featured a large lodge room measuring 45’-6” by 40’ with an anteroom, washroom and six lockers. In the back of the second floor was a club room measuring 23’-10” by 17’-9”, a dining room measuring 17’-9” by 18’-10”, a kitchen measuring 9’ by 12’ and restrooms. The first floor was originally occupied by a garage, and the basement was occupied by a blacksmith. In addition to the Odd Fellows, the hall was also used by the Woodmen of the World, the Knights of Pythias, the Loyal Order of Moose, the Rebekahs, the Women's Benefit Association of the Maccabees, the Women of Woodcraft, and the Pythian Sisters.

The building has not been used as a lodge hall in many years. The Rainier Odd Fellows lodge gave up its charter on September 7, 1968, and the building reverted to the state lodge, and was later sold to local interests. At some point the second floor was once used as a roller rink. The building has also been used as a chiropractor's office. It is currently used as office space.
