The Petzold Building is also known as the Noble Building. It was built in 1905 by the Noble family as a saloon and residence. It was purchased by Richard Petzold in 1917. The building is the site of the original McAnulty’s restaurant and cigar store, and since then has seen various uses over the years, including a candy store, a rooming house, a hardware store, and an office building, which is its current use. It was placed on the National Register of Historic Places on March 5, 1992.
