Painters’ Hall on June 23, 2007
The Painters' Hall was designed by Salem architect Frederick H. Eley and was originally built in 1941 as a granary. The 40’ x 80’ concrete building was later used as a carpentry and paint shop for the entire Fairview Training Center.

The Painters’ Hall served as the temporary home of the Sustainable Living Center for the Pringle Creek Community. Plans called for it to be retrofitted to a LEED Platinum Village Store & Coffeehouse with a full length front porch and trellis.
