Oklahoma City Bombing Memorial Tree on February 15, 2010
Two more Park Blocks down, between Clay and Market, is this tree, planted on April 27, 1995 by the Arab-American Community Center of Oregon and Portland State University in memory of the victims of the bombing of the Federal Building in Oklahoma City on April 19, 1995.

This block also contains a granite mosaic called In the Shadow of the Elm by Paul Sutinen. Installed in 1984, it depicts the shadow of a tree that could have once existed here.
