Condon House on June 10, 2009
Attorney James W. Condon built this Colonial Revival house with mixed Dutch Colonial and late Queen Anne elements in 1894. Condon was co-owner of the Seufert-Condon Telephone Company, one of the early telephone companies in The Dalles. His uncle, Dr. Thomas Condon, established the geology department at the University of Oregon.
