This Colonial Revival house was built around 1909 by attorney W.H. Wilson. It was later sold to Pat Foley, owner of the Hotel Dalles, who lived here from 1922 to 1952. Today the house is known as the Colonial Building and houses the offices of lawyer James M. Habberstad and Somers & Wolf Attorneys at Law.
