Ted Walker Memorial Pool on October 20, 2009
The Ted Walker Memorial Pool in Thompson Park was originally called The Dalles Natatorium. Ted Walker was a swimming instructor in The Dalles who started The Dalles Swim Team and was involved in the construction of the natatorium, which was renamed in his honor in 1993.
